How much does it cost?

Pricing starts from £1,495/month for the Essentials plan and £2,495/month for the Advanced plan. A 12-month agreement applies for both tiers.

What does 'unlimited' mean and is there a Fair Use Policy?

Accepted Answer

'Unlimited' means you can submit as many report requests or revisions as needed within your plan’s scope. However, to ensure fair access for all clients and maintain high delivery standards, we operate under a Fair Use Policy. This means requests are handled one at a time in the order they are received, and we may limit excessively large or concurrent requests that significantly exceed typical usage. We'll always communicate if a request needs to be re-scoped or scheduled for a later date.

How are report requests submitted?

All requests are submitted via the Inovora ticketing portal. This allows us to track, prioritise, and deliver work efficiently with full transparency.

How quickly will reports be delivered?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround times vary based on complexity. Simple edits are usually completed within 1–2 business days. Advanced reports may take 3–5 days. We'll always confirm estimated delivery timelines once a request is received.

Is there a limit on the number of users who can request reports?

Accepted Answer

No. You can have multiple internal users submit requests from your organisation, as long as they are authorised contacts listed under your subscription.

What’s not included in the Unlimited Reporting Package?

Accepted Answer

The Essentials plan does not include data modelling, SQL queries, ETL, or custom visuals. System administration, licensing, data governance, and monitoring are also outside scope—those are part of Managed Services.

Can you build reports directly from our SQL or Excel data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in the Advanced plan. We support data connections to SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, and Fabric lakehouses using Power Query or native connectors.

Can I switch between the Essentials and Advanced tiers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade from Essentials to Advanced at any time. Downgrades are permitted at the end of the 12-month term or on renewal.

Do I own the reports you create?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All reports developed under the package are fully owned by your organisation. We can hand over the .pbix files or keep them managed in your workspace.

Do you offer support for Microsoft Fabric as part of this package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Advanced tier includes report-level support for Microsoft Fabric features such as lakehouse data access, semantic models, and dataflows.

Can you build reports with drill-through, bookmarks, and custom tooltips?

Yes. These are included in the Advanced plan and commonly used to create interactive and self-service reporting experiences.

What happens if we pause or cancel mid-contract?

The Unlimited Reporting Package is based on a 12-month fixed agreement. Early cancellation may incur a buyout fee for the remaining term, unless otherwise agreed.

Is training included?

Yes. Essentials includes basic user training. Advanced includes more in-depth training for report builders, analysts, and power users, including recorded sessions or live walkthroughs.

Can I get support for visuals from third-party tools like Charticulator or Deneb?

Yes, if you're on the Advanced plan. We support integration of approved third-party visuals and custom visuals that meet your business needs.

Can you create reports that are optimised for mobile?

Yes. Mobile optimisation is included in both plans where relevant, ensuring reports are accessible and usable across devices.
